Curriculum Planning:
The curriculum in this department is enacted by referring to the relevant domestic regulations curriculum. This plan is provided the characteristics in this department with based curriculum on the industry demand. The timely adjustment of the curriculum, achieve educational goals effectively.
(I)Institute commonality curriculum planning: the students attend a compulsory course in addition to 30 credits but planning a 52 credits institute compulsory course.
(II)The department professional curriculum:

The professional core curriculum planning in this department is based on the department development characteristic and its objective is to enrich the students mechanical design theory and to practice to strengthen technical capacity to contribute to the community.Courses are fairly extensive, both academic and practical. It leads the students into the hall of knowledge, to broad viewpoint and to stimulate their professional qualities of self-improvement.

The department professional curriculum includes basic courses machineryCAD/ CAE/ CAM, various design courses, mechatronis, patents and intellectual property, etc.Professional compulsory courses is 29 credits, 25 elective credits at least, and to hold relevant computer-aided drawing certificates before they graduate.

The department is also planning diversity of elective courses to provide students with multiple learning opportunities, but with the characteristics of the laboratory building. We are going to open the original sensor and process management, piezoelectric materials science, electrical and mechanical design of optical systems integration and implementation, machine vision to match the teaching of such courses.
